our network interface name is enp0s3 then use the following commands to see the network interface and its current configuration
# nmcli d show enp0s3
# ip add
We modify the name of our server with the hostname command and take the opportunity to change the access controls in the indicated file from enforcing to permissive
edit the file assigned to our network card with identifier enp0s3 located in the directory described in the figure
with this configuration
we also edit the network file to assign the subnet and gateway
Then we modify the resolv file to use dns servers, in this case public google servers.
After this we restart the network service and verify with the ping command the output in this case with ping to www.google.com
This would be all from this moment we have manually configured the network card to have internet.
